Consent Statement Form

Please read carefully the consent information on the consent form below (accessible from the below link) and you can attach your materials via this form or by contacting us. 

When submitting your materials to the G.R. Little Library's NC DOCKS repository, note the following:

1- While retaining your work's copyright, you grant the library a non-exclusive license for display, distribution, and format adjustments in the repository.

2- Confirm your work is original, non-infringing, and that you have the rights to submit.

3- Understand your work will be public, indexed by search engines in NC DOCKS.

4- Works may align with specific licenses you indicate, like Creative Commons.

5- The G.R. Little Library may reach out regarding repository matters.

Before submitting, review publisher copyright policies; many allow open access repository deposits. Check for any access restrictions. Need clarity? Contact our librarians.
