4. Copy the database link and paste it into the desired location in Blackboard, or enter your email address to have the link emailed to you.
4. Click on the Permalink icon to the right of the article entry, and then click Copy to copy the link. Paste the link in your desired location in Blackboard.
Adding direct links from articles within library databases
Most of the library databases have their own tool for creating a link to an individual article or item. Here are some examples:

2. In the box that appears, click anywhere on the URL at the top. The link will be automatically copied to your computer's clipboard, and you can then Paste it into the desired location in Blackboard:

2. A "Permalink" box will appear above the article, containing a URL. Copy the URL, and paste it to the desired location in Blackboard:
